Smile (2022) is Parker Finn's debut feature horror you can watch online on iFILM. Dr. Rose Cotter works psychiatric emergency intake — long shifts, other people's crises, no one to talk to when the shift ends. Sosie Bacon carries the film from the first frame.

One patient comes in calm, coherent, and terrified: something is following her, she says. It smiles. No one else can see it. The patient dies right in front of Rose — and the smile stays on her face. From that moment, Rose starts seeing it everywhere: on strangers, colleagues, people she hasn't thought about in years. Kyle Gallner plays her ex-partner, a cop who starts out skeptical and ends up something else entirely.
