The Belgian kingpin Gaston Dobrescu is being extradited through Marseille en route to Africa. A brief stopover at the local precinct sounds manageable. It is not. The slippery con man talks circles around Emilien, convincing him that the wrong man got arrested. Commissioner Gibert explodes on cue, Emilien's girlfriend Petra goes undercover, and the whole situation spirals — fast. Once again, no one in Marseille's police department can untangle the mess without Daniel and his rocket-powered cab cutting through traffic at impossible speeds.
