Raising Dion (Seasons 1–2)

Raising Dion (2019) is a Netflix sci-fi drama series you can watch online on iFILM. Alisha Wainwright plays Nicole, a widow raising her son Dion alone in Atlanta — except Dion can levitate objects, teleport across rooms, and do a few other things that have no explanation yet.

The show isn't really about the powers. It's about Nicole trying to keep her child safe in a world that will not stay safe. Every friendly face could be the wrong person to trust. Ja'Siah Young brings a kid's natural confusion to Dion's situation — he knows he's different, he just doesn't know why his mother looks scared every time he uses his gift. Jason Ritter and Michael B. Jordan, who also serves as executive producer, round out a cast where nearly every character is carrying a secret.
