Synopsis
Cowboy Bebop (2021) is Netflix's live-action sci-fi series you can watch online on iFILM. John Cho plays Spike Spiegel, a loose-limbed ex-mob enforcer turned bounty hunter; Mustafa Shakir is his straight-laced partner Jet Black; Daniella Pineda rounds out the crew as the sharp-tongued Faye Valentine. The three of them chase criminals across a near-future solar system on a beat-up ship called the Bebop — always broke, rarely bored.
The show adapts Shinichiro Watanabe's 1998 anime, trading animated jazz-noir for practical stunts and a tongue-in-cheek tone. Alex Hassell brings Vicious, Spike's old syndicate nemesis, into flesh-and-blood menace. Ten episodes aired before Netflix cancelled the series after a single season.
