Erşan Kuneri (2022) is a Turkish comedy series you can watch online on iFILM. Cem Yılmaz — who also directs — plays a legendary figure from Turkey's 1970s erotic film scene who decides the time has come to try something new. Sci-fi, medieval action, dramatic prestige cinema: he'll take a shot at all of it, regardless of whether he has any idea what he's doing.

Each episode lampoons a different genre, and the joke is always the same — ambition wildly outstripping competence, and nobody caring much. Merve Dizdar and Ezgi Mola round out a sharp ensemble.
