GLOW (Seasons 1–3)

GLOW (2017) is a Netflix comedy-drama you can watch online on iFILM — set in 1980s Los Angeles, where a group of struggling actresses reinvent themselves as the Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling. Three seasons, one very small gym, and a lot of spandex.

Ruth Wilder (Alison Brie) can't land a real acting job and ends up answering a desperate casting call. Sam Sylvia (Marc Maron), a washed-up B-movie director, has to turn her and eleven other misfits into a watchable TV wrestling show. Ruth's estranged best friend Debbie Eagan (Betty Gilpin) joins the cast, and the personal wreckage between them spills straight onto the mat. The show tracks the crew from a dingy rehearsal space all the way to a Las Vegas residency.
