Synopsis
The Visitors II: The Corridors of Time (1998) is a French fantasy comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Jean-Marie Poiré drags his medieval knight and bumbling squire back through the time portal, and once again the chaos spills into both centuries at once.
Count Godefroy is stuck in the present, while his oafish servant Jacquouille is trapped back in the 12th century with the Inquisition breathing down his neck. To marry off the Count, somebody has to recover the stolen family relics and sort ancestors and descendants back into their proper eras — otherwise the corridors of time stay open for good. Christian Clavier doubles up as both the crude medieval rogue and his prissy modern heir, and that clash carries most of the laughs.
Jean Reno is back in armor, with Muriel Robin and Marie-Anne Chazel piling on the mayhem. The humor is broad, farcical, and totally unsubtle — a direct sequel to the cult 1993 hit. Worth a watch if you like fish-out-of-water time-travel comedies. Stream The Visitors II (1998) online on iFILM.
