Synopsis
It's Only the End of the World (Juste la fin du monde, 2016) is a French-Canadian drama by Xavier Dolan you can watch online on iFILM. Playwright Louis (Gaspard Ulliel) boards a flight home after twelve years away. His plan: tell his family he is dying. He never quite gets there.
His mother (Nathalie Baye) fills every silence with chatter, his older brother Antoine (Vincent Cassel) picks a fight before lunch, his sister-in-law Catherine (Marion Cotillard) tries to figure out who this stranger really is, and his younger sister Suzanne (Léa Seydoux) worships a version of him that may not exist. One Sunday afternoon, one house, five people — and the one sentence Louis came to say stays locked behind everything left unsaid.
