The Square

Christian runs a prestigious contemporary art museum in Stockholm. His latest project — an illuminated square in the plaza outside, declared a zone of trust and shared responsibility — is getting strong press. Then someone lifts his phone and wallet in broad daylight. Christian tracks the thief to an apartment block and drops threatening letters into every mailbox. A petty act of revenge. Within days, it spirals into a full-blown crisis that puts everything he stands for in front of a mirror.
