Rurouni Kenshin (1996) is a Japanese anime series you can watch online on iFILM. The Meiji Restoration has swept away the old order — swords are banned, samurai trade their armor for Western suits. Enemies from the Bakumatsu era keep showing up, and they aren't interested in his new pacifist oath.
