Dr. STONE (2019) is a Japanese sci-fi adventure anime series you can watch online on iFILM. A blinding flash petrifies every human on Earth. Thousands of years pass. Then high schooler Senku wakes up in a world of moss-covered statues — and immediately starts taking notes.

Senku's plan is absurd and entirely logical: rebuild all of human civilization using nothing but chemistry. His first ally is Taiju, a classmate built like a boulder, who has brawn where Senku has equations. Together they brew nitric acid from wild plants, set up a Stone Age laboratory, and slowly bring others back from their stone sleep. Not everyone in this primitive new world wants the old world restored, though — and some are ready to fight for the life they know.

Produced by TMS Entertainment and running from 2019, the show is voiced by Yusuke Kobayashi as Senku and Makoto Furukawa as Taiju. It is one of the rare anime where the protagonist outsmarts every enemy with actual science. Stream Dr. STONE online on iFILM.
