Synopsis
Our Beloved Summer (그 해 우리는, 2021) is a South Korean romantic comedy series you can watch online on iFILM. Ten years ago, overachieving Yeon-su and laid-back Choi Ung reluctantly agreed to appear together in a school documentary. They broke up right after and never looked back.
Then that documentary goes viral. The production team wants a follow-up, and the two ex-lovers find themselves back in front of the camera — and back in each other's orbit. Kim Da-mi plays Yeon-su as someone who built her walls carefully and guards them well. Choi Woo-shik plays Ung as someone pretending he has no walls at all. Director Kim Yoon-jin lets the silences do the heavy lifting: this is a show built on glances, half-sentences, and the particular weight of shared history.
