Iron Sky

Iron Sky (2012) is a Finnish-German-Australian sci-fi comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Director Timo Vuorensola builds the whole film on one gloriously ridiculous premise: in 1945, a Nazi faction escaped to the far side of the Moon and spent seven decades assembling a fleet of flying saucers. In 2018, they fly back to finish the job.

SS officer Klaus Adler (Götz Otto) and schoolteacher Renate Richter (Julia Dietze) lead the Earth invasion, while American astronaut James Washington (Christopher Kirby) ends up their prisoner — and an accidental intel source on modern geopolitics. Udo Kier rounds out the cast in a supporting role.
