Peep Show (2003–2015) is a British sitcom from Channel 4 — watch it online on iFILM. David Mitchell plays Mark, a buttoned-up office worker whose internal monologue is a running loop of anxiety and wishful thinking. Robert Webb plays Jeremy, his flatmate: an unemployed would-be musician with boundless confidence and zero output.

The series is shot entirely in first-person: the camera sits behind the eyes of one character at a time, and you hear exactly what they're thinking. It's a technique that turns every social disaster into something both excruciating and very funny. Mark and Jeremy spend nine seasons and 54 episodes making the same mistakes in new variations, scraping through their twenties and into their thirties without much improvement.
