My Roommate Is a Gumiho (간 떨어지는 동거, 2021) is a South Korean romantic fantasy series directed by Nam Sung-woo — watch it online on iFILM. Shin Woo-yeo has spent 999 years as a gumiho, a nine-tailed fox from Korean mythology, methodically filling his fox bead with human energy. One more year and he can finally become human. Then college student Lee Dam accidentally swallows the bead.

The situation is bad for both of them. Without the bead, Woo-yeo loses centuries of accumulated energy. Inside a human body, it will kill its host within a year. His solution: move Lee Dam in with him, monitor the situation, and figure out how to extract the bead safely before either of them runs out of time. Lee Dam has other ideas about what normal cohabitation looks like. Jang Ki-yong and Lee Hye-ri lead the cast.
