Las Vegas casino mogul Donald Sinclair hands six strangers a locker key and one piece of information: two million dollars are sitting in Silver City, 560 miles away. First one there takes it all. His high-roller guests bet on the outcome and watch every move. Meanwhile the contestants steal a rocket car, hijack a helicopter and accidentally gate-crash a Hitler-impersonator convention. Each group has its own escalating disaster and none of them share a single scene — Zucker runs the storylines in parallel like a relay race that keeps dropping the baton on purpose.
