Synopsis
Tales from the Crypt: Demon Knight (1995) is a horror-comedy from Universal Pictures you can watch online on iFILM. Director Ernest R. Dickerson spun the cult HBO anthology series into a feature film, anchored by Billy Zane as the Collector — a centuries-old demon who has style, menace, and zero patience.
Frank Brayker — played by William Sadler — has spent nearly ninety years on the run, guarding an ancient key that holds the blood of the thief crucified alongside Christ. That blood is the only barrier between the world and a demonic takeover. The Collector corners Brayker at a rundown New Mexico boarding house, and its residents — including Jada Pinkett Smith, CCH Pounder, and Thomas Haden Church — get dragged into an apocalyptic standoff they never signed up for.
The film is gleefully committed to its B-movie identity: practical creature effects, sharp black humor, and Zane chewing scenery with visible enthusiasm. It runs 91 minutes and never pretends to be anything other than a great Friday-night genre picture. Stream Tales from the Crypt: Demon Knight (1995) online on iFILM.
