Synopsis
Robotrix (女機械人, 1991) is a Hong Kong sci-fi action film you can watch online on iFILM. Inventor Ryuichi Yamamoto transfers his consciousness into a combat-grade cyborg body and goes on a killing spree. When police officer Selina Lam is fatally wounded trying to stop him, Japanese scientist Dr. Sara reconstructs her as the android Eve-R27.
Back in action but no longer entirely human, Selina teams up with the android Ann to track Yamamoto down. Director Joe Lau mixes hard-hitting action sequences with the irreverent comedy typical of early-1990s Category III Hong Kong cinema. The cast includes 葉子楣 and 青山知可子 in the lead roles.
