Synopsis
Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2022) is a direct horror sequel you can watch online on iFILM. Director David Blue Garcia picks up the original 1974 story almost fifty years later: Leatherface has been hiding quietly in a near-abandoned Texas town, and a group of young entrepreneurs just made the mistake of disturbing him.
The arrivals — played by Sarah Yarkin, Elsie Fisher and Jacob Latimore — come to Harlow with renovation plans and auction listings, not a clue what they're walking into. The old care home they target still has an elderly resident. She dies. Her ward, the one who has worn a mask of human skin since the Nixon era, does not take it quietly. Sally Hardesty, the sole survivor from 1974, comes back too — Alice Krige in the role, older and angrier.
