About

Synopsis

St Trinian's (2007) is a British comedy you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Oliver Parker and Barnaby Thompson. Produced by Ealing Studios, it revives Ronald Searle's anarchic cartoons about England's most ungovernable girls' school — made on a £14 million budget that it nearly doubled at the box office.

The school is broke and days away from shutdown. Head girl Kelly, played by Gemma Arterton, rallies the students around a scheme: lift a priceless painting from the National Gallery and sell it to clear the debt. Rupert Everett plays the headmistress in drag, Colin Firth is the minister sent to close the place down, Lena Headey is a teacher with her own agenda, and Talulah Riley is new girl Annabelle, dropped into the chaos straight from a respectable boarding school.

Juno Temple, Lily Cole, Jodie Whittaker, and Paloma Faith — before the music career — all appear among the students. Stream St Trinian's (2007) on iFILM.
