Dr. Romantic (낭만닥터 김사부, 2016) is a South Korean medical drama you can watch online on iFILM. Han Suk-kyu plays Boo Yong-joo, a surgeon once called "the hands of God" at Seoul's top hospital — who then vanished without a word and resurfaced at a battered rural clinic under the name Teacher Kim.

Two young doctors end up at the same small hospital: Kang Dong-joo (Yoo Yeon-seok) became a doctor to beat someone; Yoon Seo-jung (Lee Sung-kyung) wanted recognition. Teacher Kim, uninterested in either ambition, teaches them something harder — what it actually means to keep a patient alive. The series ran from 2016 into 2020 across three seasons, directed by Yoo In-shik and Lee Gil-bok.
