Synopsis

The Bank Job (2008) is a crime thriller directed by Roger Donaldson that you can watch online on iFILM. Jason Statham stars as Terry Leather, a small-time car dealer pulled into what looks like a routine vault job beneath a Baker Street bank in September 1971.

The crew drills through the street over a long weekend and empties hundreds of safety deposit boxes. What they pull out is far more dangerous than cash — blackmail material on politicians, royals, and anyone with enough to hide. The British government quietly killed the investigation. No charges. No arrests. The stolen goods vanished from the record.

Based on documents that stayed classified for thirty years, the script by Dick Clement and Ian La Frenais draws on testimony from people who were actually there — which is exactly what makes the story hit harder than fiction. The cast includes Saffron Burrows and David Suchet alongside Statham. Stream The Bank Job (2008) online on iFILM.
