Superhero Movie

Superhero Movie (2008) is a superhero parody comedy you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Craig Mazin for Dimension Films. Drake Bell plays Rick Riker, the kind of awkward teenager who gets bitten by a radioactive dragonfly and ends up with superpowers he barely knows how to use. Flying, unfortunately, is not among them.

The villain is Lou Landers — Christopher McDonald at his scenery-chewing best — who becomes the Hourglass and starts draining years from anyone he touches. Rick, now going by Dragonfly, has to figure out how to stop him before the whole city runs out of time. Leslie Nielsen plays Uncle Albert, Kevin Hart turns up as Rick's best friend, and Jeffrey Tambor and Brent Spiner round out the supporting cast.
