Skipper, Kowalski, Rico and Private are the four penguins who always act before they think. This time a bitter octopus called Dave — voiced by John Malkovich with obvious relish — kidnaps them as part of a grudge that goes back years. A sleek covert organization called The North Wind shows up to help, led by Agent Classified, voiced by Benedict Cumberbatch. The two teams immediately start getting in each other's way.
