Synopsis
The Sadness (哭悲, 2021) is a Taiwanese horror-thriller you can watch online on iFILM. Jim (Berant Zhu) and Kat (Regina Lei) are a young couple separated on an ordinary morning commute. By midday, Taipei has become somewhere else entirely. Jim fights through streets that no longer follow any logic. Kat is trapped on a subway train with people who should not be alive, doing things that cannot be undone. The film cuts between the two as the city collapses around them.
