Synopsis
The Watch (2012) is Akiva Schaffer's sci-fi comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Ben Stiller, Vince Vaughn, Jonah Hill and Richard Ayoade form a neighborhood patrol that does almost no patrolling.
After a security guard is killed at the local superstore, store manager Evan rounds up a few suburban dads to keep watch. The catch: his crew signed up mostly to dodge their wives one night a week, crack open some beers and goof around. Then they stumble onto a problem no one trained for — aliens hiding in plain sight as ordinary townsfolk, prepping the planet for wipeout. Saving the world falls to guys who can barely save their own lawns.
