Synopsis

What looks like routine undercover work turns into something far darker when Lok begins to trace the bloodshed back past the gangsters — all the way to politicians who want the chaos. Sammo Hung Kam-Bo appears as Master Kam, threading the old martial-arts underworld into the new power struggle.
