Synopsis
A New Dawn (2026) is a Japanese-French animated drama you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Yoshitoshi Shinomiya. Keitaro has been living inside a 330-year-old fireworks factory for four years. The city has ordered it demolished. He isn't leaving until he finishes what his father started.
The Shuhari — a mythical firework his father was building before vanishing — has never been seen in the sky. Keitaro works in its shadow, in a factory stripped of its trees and surrounded by a solar farm that replaced the forest. When Kaoru returns to the town she left after her own tragedy, she finds a strange blue pigment on the workshop shelf. It turns out to be the piece neither of them knew they were missing.
