Kung Fury

Kung Fury (2015) is a Swedish-American action short film you can watch online on iFILM. Writer-director David Sandberg also stars as the title character — a cop with a supernatural gift for kung fu — and funded the whole project through a Kickstarter campaign that raised over three million dollars before the film even dropped.

The plot is deliberately absurd. After his partner is killed by Adolf Hitler — a time-travelling kung fu master called the Kung Führer — Kung Fury hacks through time itself to land in Nazi Germany and settle the score. Along the way he battles laser raptors, meets a Viking thunder goddess, and gets backup from David Hasselhoff. All in 31 minutes.
