Ballers (2015) is an HBO comedy-drama series you can watch online on iFILM. Dwayne Johnson stars as Spencer Strassmore, a retired NFL superstar who reinvents himself as a Miami-based financial manager — herding current and former players through endorsement deals, contract negotiations, and the money traps that end careers faster than injuries. The show was created by Stephen Levinson and produced alongside Mark Wahlberg and director Peter Berg.

Spencer's roster is a full-time problem: wide receiver Ricky Jerret (John David Washington) burns bridges as fast as he crosses them, Charles Greane (Omar Benson Miller) is grinding out his final seasons, and everyone needs something yesterday. The business of pro football, it turns out, is a second full-contact sport.
