Tom still hunts Jerry. Jerry still outwits Tom. Nothing has changed, and that's the whole point. The familiar crew returns: bulldog Spike (voiced by Rick Zieff), chatterbox Ginger (Grey DeLisle), and the irrepressible Droopy, with Gary Cole narrating the mayhem. Director Darrell Van Citters kept the hand-drawn look and the wordless slapstick that made the original untranslatable — pure physical comedy, no dialogue needed.
