When the same crew murders both their partners, hitman James Bonomo and out-of-town detective Taylor Kwon, played by Sung Kang, strike an uneasy deal. Neither trusts the other for a moment. The trail runs from the grimy back streets of New Orleans up into clean Washington offices, where ordinary street killings turn out to be tidying up for people with serious money. Jason Momoa plays the rival gun, and Hill settles the whole thing not with a shootout but a fight swung with fire axes.
