Synopsis
Agatha Christie's Poirot (1989–2013) is ITV's long-running British detective series — watch all seasons online on iFILM. David Suchet played Hercule Poirot across 70 episodes and 13 seasons without ever leaving the role. That kind of sustained commitment to a single character is rare on any screen.
Poirot works from a London flat, takes on private clients and occasionally teams up with Inspector Japp of Scotland Yard. Captain Hastings tags along with genuine admiration and reliably wrong conclusions, while the formidably organised Miss Lemon keeps every file in order. The cases take the Belgian detective from English country houses to Egypt and the Orient Express — the series worked through the full run of Agatha Christie's novels and stories, including Death on the Nile, Evil Under the Sun and And Then There Were None.
Carnival Films and LWT produced the series over 24 years; the final episode aired in 2013 and served as Poirot's farewell. Suchet received a BAFTA for the performance. The series is widely regarded as the defining screen adaptation of Christie's detective. Stream every episode of Agatha Christie's Poirot online on iFILM.
