After five years stranded on a brutal island following a shipwreck, billionaire Oliver Queen comes home to Starling City with a very different set of skills — and a list of corrupt names his father left behind. Under the hood of the Green Arrow, he works through that list one target at a time. His ex-military partner John Diggle (David Ramsey) and attorney Laurel Lance (Katie Cassidy) are drawn into the operation, season after season bringing new threats: assassins, warlords, time-altered enemies.
