Ballerina

Ballerina (2016) is a French-Canadian animated film directed by Eric Summer and Éric Warin — watch it online on iFILM. Set in 1879 Paris, it follows Félicie, an orphan girl from rural Brittany who escapes to the city with one goal: earn a place at the ballet school of the Paris Opera House.

She arrives with no money and no connections, only raw talent and her childhood friend Victor, who has his own impractical dreams of becoming an inventor. To get through the door, Félicie steals someone else's enrollment papers. What follows is a demanding teacher, fierce competitors, and a performance that will decide everything. Elle Fanning, Dane DeHaan, Maddie Ziegler, and Kate McKinnon lead the voice cast.
