Why Him? (2016) is an American comedy from director John Hamburg that you can watch online on iFILM. Bryan Cranston plays a level-headed Michigan dad who flies out to meet the man his daughter is dating — and instantly regrets it.

The boyfriend, Laird (James Franco), is a young tech millionaire with money to burn, tattoos everywhere, and zero social filter. He swears in front of the family, showers them with absurd gifts, and genuinely can't grasp why his future father-in-law despises him. Dad wants the engagement dead. Laird wants Dad's blessing. What follows is open warfare over the holidays, and nobody walks away clean.
