Synopsis
Master's Sun (주군의 태양, 2013) is a Korean romantic fantasy-comedy series you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Jin Hyuk and aired on SBS. The premise is simple and strange: a woman who sees ghosts discovers that standing next to one particular man makes them disappear.
Tae Gong-shil survived a near-fatal accident and has been haunted ever since. Spirits walk through her apartment, borrow her body to settle their unfinished business, and drop her off in police stations and hospital waiting rooms with no memory of how she got there. No one believes her. Joo Joong-won runs the Kingdom conglomerate with ruthless efficiency — he has no patience for sentimentality and no belief in the supernatural. Then Gong-shil shows up and he can't figure out why the woman is useful, except that she clearly is. So Ji-sub and Gong Hyo-jin play the lead pair with deadpan chemistry that carries the show through its stranger turns.
