Andy Barclay is sixteen now. The nightmares are supposedly behind him — a military academy placement is supposed to straighten him out and bury the past. It does neither. A fresh production run of the Good Guy doll line brings Chucky back, and the red-haired plastic fixture tracks Andy straight to the barracks. Brad Dourif returns as the voice of Chucky; Justin Whalin takes over as Andy. Young Ronald Tyler, played by Jeremy Sylvers, becomes the new target Chucky has his sights on.
