I Kill Giants

I Kill Giants (2017) is a dark-fantasy drama you can watch online on iFILM. Barbara Thorson is a prickly schoolgirl in bunny ears who builds traps along the shoreline and keeps a war hammer in her bag. She's certain giants are coming for her coastal town, and she's the only one who can stop them.

Madison Wolfe plays Barbara with unsettling conviction: a kid the other students avoid, watched over by a patient school counselor played by Zoe Saldana and quietly befriended by a new girl named Sophia. The deeper the story goes, the clearer it gets that the monsters Barbara hunts may not be what they seem, and her fantasy may be armor against something real and far more frightening.
