The trouble starts in London. During a family visit to Granny Wendy — Maggie Smith — Captain Hook, played by Dustin Hoffman with full theatrical menace, kidnaps Peter's children and vanishes. Peter has no choice but to follow. Back in Neverland he finds the Lost Boys led by Rufio, and none of them believe this stressed-out adult was ever their hero. Julia Roberts plays Tinkerbell; Bob Hoskins is an endlessly loyal Smee. Peter has 144 minutes to remember how to fly.
