Synopsis
Keep Running (奔跑吧) is a Chinese reality-comedy show on Zhejiang Television you can watch online on iFILM — all 14 seasons and 170+ episodes. It launched on October 10, 2014, originally titled Hurry Up Brother!, and rebranded to its current name in 2017.
The format draws from Korean Running Man (SBS): a fixed cast of hosts and weekly celebrity guests race through missions at landmark locations across China. Tear off a rival's name tag, collect items, crack a puzzle — whoever finishes the mission wins. The regular cast includes Jerry Lee, Ryan Zheng Kai, Sha Yi, Adam Fan, Zhang Zhenyuan, and Bai Lu. Episodes run around 90 minutes each.
The show is still in production, which says something — Chinese variety racing formats rarely last beyond three or four seasons.
