Synopsis
Green Lantern (2011) is a DC superhero action film you can watch online on iFILM. Ryan Reynolds stars as a cocky test pilot who inherits an alien ring powered by sheer willpower.
Hal Jordan is the kind of flyboy who gambles with other people's money and his own neck. When a dying alien hands him a glowing ring, Hal is drafted into the Green Lantern Corps, an intergalactic peacekeeping force, as the first human ever to wear the green. Trouble arrives fast: Parallax, a creature that feeds on fear, is devouring whole worlds. Carol Ferris (Blake Lively) and the jealous scientist Hector Hammond, played by Peter Sarsgaard, round out the cast.
Directed by Martin Campbell of Casino Royale fame, the movie carried a 200-million-dollar budget and a CGI-painted suit.
