Synopsis
Love Beyond the Grave (白日提灯, 2026) is a Chinese fantasy drama from Tencent Penguin Pictures you can watch online on iFILM. Director Zoe Qin built the series around He Simu, the Ghost King played by Dilraba Dilmurat — a four-hundred-year-old spirit locked in the face of a young woman, alone for longer than most dynasties last.
Then she runs into Duan Xu, a young general played by Arthur Chen. He's carrying an object from her sealed-away past, and something about him doesn't add up. As they circle each other, she starts reading the buried grief in his eyes; he starts seeing the weight she drags through centuries. Miles Wei and Zhang Li round out a story where every character arrives with unfinished business.
