Neighbors

Neighbors (2014) is Nicholas Stoller's raunchy comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Mac and Kelly just settled into a quiet suburban house with their newborn daughter. Then a fraternity moves in next door.

At first Mac and Kelly (Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne) try to play cool with the party house. Frat president Teddy, played by Zac Efron, has one rule: call us, not the cops. One call to the police later, it's open war. Sabotage, stolen airbags planted under mattresses, and escalating pranks from both sides. Dave Franco is Teddy's sharper-than-he-looks second-in-command, already worrying about life after college.

Much of the film came from on-set improv, which gives it that loose, slightly unhinged rhythm. It made back its budget many times over and spawned a sequel. Underneath the chaos sits a real joke about how terrifying it is to grow up. Stream Neighbors (2014) online on iFILM.
