The Pink Panther 2

The Pink Panther 2 (2009) is a slapstick comedy mystery you can watch online on iFILM, with Steve Martin back as the world's most catastrophic detective, Inspector Jacques Clouseau.

A thief called the Tornado is lifting priceless artifacts from museums across the globe, and the legendary Pink Panther diamond vanishes next. France reluctantly drops Clouseau into a "dream team" of international sleuths played by Andy Garcia, Alfred Molina and Yuki Matsuzaki, with Emily Mortimer as his sharp-witted partner Nicole. Naturally, every clue Clouseau touches ends in a smashed vase, a ruined dinner or a colleague's bruised ego.

Director Harald Zwart keeps the whole thing built on one gag: Martin commits to pure idiocy with a straight face while Jean Reno quietly cleans up the wreckage.
