Monster-in-Law

Monster-in-Law (2005) is a romantic comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Director Robert Luketic pits two women against each other: easygoing temp worker Charlie, played by Jennifer Lopez, and Viola, a recently fired TV host played by Jane Fonda who has decided to destroy her son's engagement before it becomes a wedding.

Charlie has spent years dating the wrong men, so when surgeon Kevin Fields (Michael Vartan) turns out to be genuinely perfect, she says yes. Viola says no — not out loud, but through a campaign of polished sabotage that escalates from passive-aggressive comments to outright warfare. Charlie proves harder to rattle than expected.
